This policy covers the Play Pensacola mobile app. It explains what we collect, why, and how you can remove it. We do not sell your information.

What We Collect

When you create a profile, we collect your name, email address, and city. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your phone number and SMS opt-in preference.

When you use the High Score Challenge, we store your game scores and drink reward redemptions.

How We Use It

Your name, initials, and scores appear on the in-venue leaderboards inside the app.

If you opt in to texts, we use your phone number to send event updates and reward alerts. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Sign-In

You sign in with your Apple or Google account. We receive only your basic account information — name and email. We never receive your password.

Where It Lives

Your profile, scores, and redemptions are stored in a secure cloud database. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your Controls

You can edit your profile at any time from the Profile tab.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — profile, scores, leaderboard entries, and rewards — using the Delete Account option in Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Age

This app is intended for adult patrons of Play Pensacola and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
